When do you deliver
We deliver at your requested time, as specified in your booking schedule.
Where can I pick up my clubs after booking online?
Your clubs will be delivered to your accommodation at the time you selected. If you prefer to pick them up, you can do so at our store location in [insert location].
How many clubs are included in each set?
Orangegolf provides a golf bag with a set of 12 clubs. Each set includes a driver, fairway wood, rescue club, irons, a putter, and a golf bag.
Where do I return the golf equipment when I’m finished?
We offer a collection service from your accommodation. Alternatively, you can return the clubs to our shop in [insert location].
What happens if the rental clubs are damaged, lost, or stolen while in my possession?
As the renter, you are responsible for the golf equipment during the hire period. If any items are lost or not returned, Orangegolf will charge your payment card for the full retail replacement cost. Any damaged equipment will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
